Operating Conditions
For optimal performance, operate in a dry room environment on a flat, stable workbench free from vibration. Avoid strong indoor lighting and direct sunlight.
Measurement Methodology
Utilizes pure water for zero-point calibration. Requires preparation of Reagent A and Reagent B solutions. Samples turn red after reagent addition and must be measured within 3 minutes. Turbid samples require filtration; colored samples cannot be measured.
Reagent Preparation
- Reagent A: Dissolve one pack in pure water to 500mL total volume
- Reagent B: Dissolve one pack in pure water, add Reagent H solution, then dilute to 250mL
- Storage: Prepared reagents must be stored in dark at 4-8°C
